I had a great experience with Chesi. She thoughtfully designed my new tattoo by connecting my existing tattoos into one cohesive story, which meant a lot to me. She worked very carefully, gently, and with so much attention to detail throughout the entire process. I felt well taken care of and comfortable the whole time. I had an incredible experience with Jade—she is truly amazing at what she does. She pierced my eyebrow, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and so much easier than I expected. From the moment I walked in, Jade’s workspace was spotless, organized, and clearly maintained with the highest standards of cleanliness. Jade took the time to explain every step, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I felt completely comfortable before beginning. Her technique was gentle, precise, and confident, which made the piercing quick and virtually painless. You can tell Jade genuinely cares about her clients’ safety and satisfaction, and her professionalism shows in every detail. I left feeling well-informed, taken care of, and extremely happy with the results. I highly recommend Jade to anyone looking for a clean, knowledgeable, and truly skilled piercer.

I've been here for both piercings and tattoos,and they have been wildly different experiences. My mama recommended me to this place because of the tattoo artist Siena. The first time I went, I got my navel pierced by Jade. A few months after,she also did my septum. Both times she was an absolute sweetheart,very professional and very understanding. She offered to let me take breaks during both piercing sessions because of my tourettes. She was very patient,explained every step of what she was doing, and I was even able to reach out to her outside of shop hours to ask for professional advice about my healing. I will definitely be going back to Jade for the rest of my planned piercings. On the other hand, I don't think I will ever be getting a tattoo done here. Yesterday(as of 2/28/2026 when I'm writing this) went in for a consult with Siena to talk about pricing and what to expect for a medusa tattoo that i am hoping to get done soon. As a person, Siena was really sweet, but in regards to being a reliable artist, I would rather not work with her(sorry if I got pronouns wrong) I explained to her my budget and what I want, yet she insisted on going bigger than what I wanted and way more detailed than what I wanted, and I made her aware of both issues. She gave me an estimate of 2,500 dollars(which I told her is too far out of my 1,000 budget) and I really wanted to know what it would look like downsized, and she didn't even try to downsize the sketch. She merely pushed it away with "as a professional, I would recommend against that", and she also seemed to have "I want to be proud of what I'm tattooing on you" as a higher priority than what i want as the customer. I have since found another parlor that I will be working with further for my tattoos. And Siena,if you're reading this, I'm sorry. You're a really sweet person. I just don't think you're the right artist to work with on this design.

I had the most amazing time getting tattooed by Siena (@siena.tattoos on Instagram). Not only was she fast but she has amazing line work and was so much fun to chat with before, during and after the tattoo. My sister and I both had an amazing time getting our sibling tattoos and will definitely be back in the near future. If you want a black and grey or fine line tattoo definitely as for Siena!!!!!!!!

I walked in mid-2024 and got tattooed by Francesca. Now it's 2026 and I have a completed sleeve with the other arm in progress (both on her IG). If you want sick ass tattoos with crisp lines, hit up Francesca. Her work is great. Her ig is chesi.tattoo I have also been tattooed by Taylor. Both her and Francesca do impeccable work and are kind, joyous people to be around while being tattooed. Everyone else at the shop is similarly delightful and professional. The shop combines the best of a street shop vibe with a genuinely welcoming environment. There is no performance, just actual kindness with cool energy. Honored to have been tattooed here and grateful for every chance I get to spend here. Hit them up.
